1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8tmbet website and any associated mobile applications, sub-domains, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 8tmbet and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh. 1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account held by a player on the 8tmbet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including real-money balance and any bonus balance separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or reload bonus amounts credited to your Account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 8tmbet uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the 8tmbet Platform you must create a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

2.1 Registration Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 KYC Verification

8tmbet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in some cases prior to activating bonus offers. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documents are provided.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

3.3 Rejected & Delayed Withdrawals

8tmbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the player's KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been fulfilled; (c) there is a pending security review on the account; or (d) the withdrawal appears to be connected to fraudulent activity or a chargeback. In all such cases, 8tmbet will communicate the reason for the delay or rejection to the player via live chat or email.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be staked thirty times across eligible games before the resulting balance is available for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

4.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 8tmbet reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

5.4 Voided Bets & Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without reaching a natural conclusion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account within 24 hours of the official determination. Where sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined under the sport's governing body rules (for example, the Duckworth-Lewis method in cricket), the market may be settled on that result.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 8tmbet Platform you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or the Platform itself to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be reported to support and may be voided.

• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

8tmbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Detection that the account is operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money balance — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to any breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion arrangements are processed within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for the minimum agreed exclusion period. 8. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds or game information that are corrected before bet settlement.

8tmbet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction where 8tmbet is registered. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by the 8tmbet support team shall be referred to binding arbitration.
